Chris is passionate about unlocking the potential of teams and organizations to build services that improve public outcomes. He has extensive private and public sector work experience and has contributed to award-winning work in healthcare, education, and government sectors.
Chris’ approach combines service design, prototyping, and capacity building. He is a design generalist with organizational acumen and a drive to test and launch new ideas. Chris is currently Director of User Experience at United Healthcare, where he leads teams to develop digital tools that help millions of individuals access healthcare through Medicaid and Medicare programs. He also refines and refreshes his own practice by leading design seminars at Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.
